March 28-31 I will be back in Detroit headlining one of my favorite rooms in the country: Joey’s Comedy Club in Livonia, MI. Wednesday the 28th will be a benifit for breast cancer. I have just moved to LA. I titled this “back in la” because I have spent alot of time here in my life and I actually lived here when I was 19 before I became a comedian. I am going to be peforming all over the area and I will be posting about what shows I will be doing. Tonight Jan 11th and Jan 12th I will be working at The Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, CA. It is a fantastic room with a very nice owner and Richard who manages couldn’t be a better guy. I am working with Dom Irrera who is a hero of mine so it’s shaping up to be a very exciting week. Also Friday the 13th I will be performing with my friend Thom Tran at The Jon Lovitz comedy Club in the san fernando Valley. This Thanksgiving, you’ll have a couple of opportunities to catch Dave performing around Detroit, should you be in the area.
On Wednesday, Dave will be at Joey’s Comedy Club in Livonia MI; resurrecting a lapsed tradition of performing at Joey’s the night before Thanksgiving. Tradition? Yes, indeedy. Dave was a fixture on the annual show, a typically wild show on the so-called “biggest bar night of the year.” After taking a year off, Dave’s back!
On Friday & Saturday, Dave will be back at Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle in Royal Oak MI. Two shows each night, 8:00 & 10:30.
Rumor has it, these shows may be recorded for Dave’s new CD. Pick your show, come on out and have your laugh immortalized on compact disc.
